Yes! Finally, a proper cross country! We had to wait until the end of October but it was the beautiful Lambton estate that delivered a good old mud-filled, hill fest that delighted as much as it appalled. Just the way it should be.

Yes we’re all looking happy here, but that’s because we’ve finished the epic mountain climb that is the annual Weetslade Relays! Ok, we have a right grumble about it, but with a three-year Covid related break, that mountain had become smaller and smaller in our memories (and barely worth a mention to our newbies). And so we came out in our droves for the only event of the year where the ladies and men can team up.
