Taylor ‘boosts’ to victory in SGP ?

Despite ‘taking it easy’ prior to his marathon on Sunday and in the midst of ultra training, our victor crossed the line with room to spare.

What a turnout – 42 of you (the largest ever SGP based on the records I have) braced a chilly and wet rising sun course.

Whether the turnout was down to your competitive spirit, or the lovely Danielle letting you try out the latest adidas boost range – who knows?!?! ?

26 of you beat your predicted time on the night, which can only bode well for the season ahead.

Miss Speedy, AKA Alex Hemsley lead the ladies home in 12:22 – an agonising 4 seconds short of the course record.

Yet again wor Sam Charlton had the fastest time of the evening, running a blistering 9:38 and taking a mere 21 seconds off his own course record. He even had the cheek to question is handicap at the start as well!
