Gardner plays villain at WGP opener

A fantastic turnout for our opening Winter Grand Prix event with plenty of new faces mixing alongside some club veterans.

39 of you raced round our Cobalt course in near perfect conditions.
It was almost a fairytale ending for Marion Dreano-Thwaite, in what may be her final appearance with the Green and Gold – if only Adam Gardner had read the script! The Bronze Boro Bandit rounded off the podium.

Our lightning lady ⚡ on the evening was Erin Prior, who’s coming back into great form with a 20:09.
The fastest fella 🔥 was Tom Sursham in 17:01, continuing his great performances in recent weeks.
