TOG Race Recce on Tuesday 19th April
On Tuesday 19th April we will be meeting at West Allotment Country Park at Cobalt Business Park (NE27 0QW) to run the new route for the Terry O’Gara 5k Memorial Race.

Wilson is Winter Grand Prix Champion!
Congratulations to Kevin Wilson for winning the WGP 2015/16,
Kevin, held off stiff competition from Alan Heslington and Harry Coates. Denver Stretesky took the Junior title, with Olly and Mason in 2nd and 3rd respectively. Full results table here.
Well done to everyone who put their spikes to use or ran around a cold Cobalt park over the Winter. We had a total of 86 members taking part.
Watch this space for dates for the up and coming Summer Grand Prix fixtures. The first race will be on Tuesday 3rd May, at the Rising Sun Country Park.
Green and Golds on Tour (Paris Marathon)
The first weekend in April saw Paul Stretesky fly out to France to join up with our current resident Parisian Joe Colligan. Both were looking to complete their third marathon on the streets of Paris on Sunday 4th April 2016.
Calling all athletes for 2016’s track and field!
Last year our combined Wallsend/Blyth team WON the North of England track & field division 3 league This was a massively proud moment for our club.
This year we start our division 2 campaign on 7th May in York (road trip) and we will be competing against some of the best teams in the North of England.
